The Land Air Defense (LADS) team is seeking a highly motivated, entry level finance professional (P1) to join the MRAD Product Area as a Finance analyst for the Taiwan NASAMS program. NASAMS is the flagship product within the MRAD portfolio, built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The system includes an RTX-built AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel Radar, a KDA Fire Distribution Center, and a Launcher that uses both KDA and RTX components. NASAMS is deployed in multiple countries and the LRP has multiple Domestic and International Captures. Your Role You will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads, providing the team with financial management, insights and solutions to drive program needs. You will support cost control management, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program. What You Will Do Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management Provide monthly variance and data analysis Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.) Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree & less than 2 years work experience Experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, Vlookups and/or advanced formulas) Experience with budgeting, forecasting and/or variance analysis U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements Qualifications We Prefer Detail oriented and well organized Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills Willing and able to learn new systems/tools and processes Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Self-starter and takes ownership of assignments Ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range is a good faith estimate applicable to all experience levels.
