I opened my agency in 2001 after spending many years in various roles with State Farm corporate, bringing more than 30 years of State Farm experience into agency ownership. Our team of five operates with a strong family-first mindset and a laid-back, supportive atmosphere where people genuinely care about one another. Giving back is important to us, and we’re actively involved in charities that support individuals with special needs, which reflects the compassion and patience we bring into our work with customers.

Our office hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., reinforcing our belief that family and personal life should always come first. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wayne Conley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
