As a Security Guard Armed Driver with Active Clearance Mobile Patrol in Culpeper, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations with professionalism, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $27.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card or License is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
