Payroll Analyst

As part of our Global Payroll group, you will process and manage payroll across all countries, ensuring accurate payments, compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining reporting standards. Global Payroll Group Overview The payroll department manages global payroll, handling salaries, bonuses, equity awards, commissions, taxable fringe benefits, and other compensation components. It processes taxes, ancillary obligations, and delivers comprehensive reporting for each jurisdiction. Payroll Analyst Responsibilities Efficiently process and administer payroll data, ensuring accurate employee compensation and regulatory compliance. Maintain payroll records, calculate employee pay, reconcile hours worked, and compile payroll statistics. Conduct audits of payroll data and prepare payroll‑related journal entries. Interact with business partners and third‑party vendors. Handle new hires, tax forms, leaves, garnishments, transfers, pension plans, benefits, terminations, and related documents. Perform bi‑weekly data entry and maintain accurate payroll. Maintain accurate audit reviews—including LOA, new hires, terminations, and company changes. Reconcile payroll settlement and 401(k) bi‑weekly submissions. Provide payroll information to internal partners and external auditors upon request. Assist in the year‑end payroll process and research payroll tax notices. Apply basic payroll knowledge with equity (vests, dividends, etc.). Contribute to the creation and improvement of payroll procedures. Work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. Research and respond to employee tax inquiries and review new garnishments and levies for compliance. Participate in payroll projects such as vendor implementations and workflow reviews. Qualifications & Skills At least 3 years of multi‑state/multi‑entity payroll experience (REQUIRED). Proficiency in Workday Payroll – Full Cycle (REQUIRED). Experience with ADP Smart Compliance or equivalent (REQUIRED). Intermediate Excel skills. Attention to detail. Knowledge of Canadian & LATAM payroll is a plus. Experience in journal entry preparation and review. Proficient problem‑solving skills for complex payroll issues and error analysis. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Ability to start the work shift at 8am ET. Additional Information Hybrid work model with onsite presence 3 days per week. Base salary range: $65,000–$80,000 plus discretionary bonus.
