About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor, you will be the leader of the nursing units on weekends Friday to Sunday, from 7am to 7pm. You will work closely with our nursing management team to ensure quality care is provided to our residents within the policies and parameters defined by our nursing management. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents' care, and implementing schedules per residents.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the nursing units on weekends Friday to Sunday, from 7am to 7pm

• Interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided

• Administer medications, document patient care, and oversee resident care

• Implement schedules per residents' needs

• Collaborate with nursing management to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Current State RN License

• Nurse Supervisor Experience

• LTC/SNF experience
