Location: Gasport, NY

Status: Full-Time | 45 hours per week

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000+ with a daily guarantee of $1,000

Our practice is highly efficient, serving 8,000 active patients and welcoming about 100 new patients each month across 12 modern operatories. Our established systems facilitate a smooth transition for new providers, allowing you to concentrate on delivering outstanding clinical care from day one.

Our mentorship program is both structured and accessible. Dr. Kaplansky holds monthly case review meetings where associates can present their cases for collaborative discussion. Additionally, he is available daily to provide guidance and address any questions that may arise during the workday. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality restorative dentistry to a loyal patient base of 8,000 active patients.
• Accurately diagnose and develop effective treatment plans using advanced technology such as VaTech CBCT, intraoral scanners, and intraoral cameras.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and honestly with patients, fostering trust.
• Collaborate with in-house lab technicians on CAD/CAM restorative workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections with a daily guarantee of $1,000. All in-house lab work is fully covered by the practice, and the compensation range reflects estimated annual earnings based on collections. Final earnings will depend on patient volume, clinical productivity, and procedure mix.
