Senior Construction Manager: Safety & Quality Field Ops

Suntec Concrete seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead safety leadership, enforce quality standards, and cultivate strong external relationships with GCs. You will drive zero-incident culture, coach CM I/II, and oversee incident investigations. You will plan manpower, partner with operations and HR on workforce strategy, and ensure field teams deliver accurate reporting and on-time communication.
