Client Service Manager III

Experienced Client Service Manager III (Branch Service/Branch Operations Manager) United Business Bank is looking for an Experienced Client Service Manager III for our Tukwila Office, requiring Retail Bank Management Experience. Position Purpose The Client Service Manager III (CSM III) is responsible for managing all Operations functions of a complex branch, including teller, new account, and background operations. The CSM III ensures tasks are performed within bank policies, maintains expenses and losses per the annual budget, encourages non‑interest income, and cross‑sell bank products. The CSM III provides training and support for cross‑selling, assists Client Relationship Managers with client calls, reviews management reports, processes insufficient funds and overdraft accounts, solves data processing issues, and supports regional branch administration with projects as requested. The CSM III ensures prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service to clients, trains direct reports, and reports losses to the Chief Operating Officer. Qualifications Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of teller, new account, and operations procedures; thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard practices. Experience Required: Previous management experience and at least 5 years in banking. Skills & Abilities Professional appearance, dress, and attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Operation of related computer hardware and business equipment such as adding machine, copier, printer, telephone, and encoder. Compensation Hiring Salary Range: $81,000 to $90,000. This compensation information is United Business Bank’s good‑faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. Actual compensation offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
