Rehab Aide

Job Description We are looking for a positive, outgoing, reliable, and motivated Rehab Aide to join our team! We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a great attitude, and can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, coachable, and a strong team player. Experience working as a Physical Therapy (PT) or Chiropractic Aide is strongly preferred. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a PT Aide, Chiropractic Aide, Rehab Aide, or similar healthcare role Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality Excellent communication and people skills Reliable and consistently on time Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed Coachable and open to learning new skills and processes Professional, positive attitude Comfortable interacting with patients of different ages and backgrounds Able to follow instructions and work efficiently with providers and other staff Someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists and chiropractors with patient care and treatment preparation Prepare treatment areas and equipment Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities as directed by providers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment Help with patient flow and room turnover Assist with setting up and cleaning equipment Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff Follow office procedures and provider instructions Support the team with day-to-day clinic needs The Right Person for Our Team: We are looking for someone who shows up ready to work, brings positive energy, takes initiative, and works well with others.
