Case Manager - Adult & IDD Program - Up to $25 per hour!

Our client is IMMEDIATELY seeking a Program Specialist (Case Manager) to provide services in an Adult Day Program in Swarthmore. Take home $1,000 or MORE each week! Client's available schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Oversee required documentation like assessments, support plans, and progress updates. Help create and monitor engaging, goal-focused activities for the individuals we support. Manage incident reporting and follow through to ensure issues are resolved appropriately. Act as a main point of contact for families and team members while keeping health and safety a top priority. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES Bachelor's degree with relevant course study required. Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations. Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Produce current CPR & First Aid certification ADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with the largest referral agency for behavioral health in the Philadelphia area.
