Customer Care Advocate (Remote)
\nMust reside within 50 miles of Cary, NC
\nStart Dates: 12/7 or 12/14
\n \nRemote role with 8 weeks of in-person training in Cary, NC and monthly office engagement days
\n \nSeeking Customer Care Advocates to support customers with insurance-related inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and benefits. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and prior experience working in a remote call center environment.
\n \nRequirements:
\n- \n
- High School Diploma or GED \n
- At least 1 year of remote call center customer service experience \n
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls \n
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems \n
- Reliable wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi not accepted) \n
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST \n
Preferred:
\n- \n
- 2+ years of call center/customer service experience \n
- Insurance, dental, healthcare, or benefits experience \n
- Salesforce experience \n
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills \n
