Handle cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and other family law issues. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, court hearings, and trials. Provide strategic legal counsel while maintaining strong client relationships. Work independently while collaborating with the firm's owner on case strategy as needed. Ensure timely case management and maintain high professional standards. Experience you will need: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New Jersey. 3–5 years of experience practicing family law. Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision. Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
