Retirement Plan Specialist In this role you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions to small and midsized companies. With top‑notch sales training you will connect with new clients to help millions of employees get on the road to retirement readiness. Every sales process is different; you will build relationships with decision‑makers and business owners, cultivate additional business with HRO Partners and Financial Advisors, and serve as a trusted advisor while maintaining high ethical standards. What you will do Grow our business and your own by working independently and collaboratively with teams within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a targeted sales strategy. Deepen relationships across the ADP family and build life‑long friendships. Collaborate daily with internal partners and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure. To succeed in this role: Required qualifications Proven winner with at least 2years of outside B2B sales experience, including prospecting and territory management. Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style. Skilled at cold calling, time management, and presenting ideas clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing. Team player who can work independently and collaborate with other ADP sales associates. Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives by integrity, and consistently delivers on promises. Educational and experience notes A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes: Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience. Military experience – ADP values the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving skills that veterans bring. Preferred qualifications Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen will be considered for licensing within the first 45days of employment. Compensation and benefits Base salary ranges from USD56,100.00 to USD121,500.00 per year, plus bonus, equity, or commissions depending on location and experience. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or legal requirements.
