We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our Residential Valuations team based in Birmingham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our residential valuation services.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to expand JLL's residential valuation businessIdentify new market opportunities and drive business development initiativesSet and achieve ambitious team performance targetsClient Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersProvide expert advice on complex valuation mattersEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and retentionTeam Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionalsFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementOversee recruitment, training, and performance managementTechnical Expertise:Maintain deep knowledge of residential property markets and valuation methodologiesStay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practicesProvide technical guidance on challenging valuation assignmentsQuality Assurance:Ensure all valuations meet JLL's high standards of quality and complianceImplement and maintain robust risk management proceduresOversee the review and sign-off of high-value or complex valuations Business Operations:Manage the financial performance of the residential valuations teamDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)Collaborate with other JLL service lines to drive cross-selling opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or related fieldProfessional valuation qualification (e.g., RICS, API, or equivalent)Proven experience in residential property valuation, with ideally experience in a leadership roleStrong track record in business development and client relationship managementExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsProven ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environmentWhat We Offer:Opportunity to shape the future of a key business line within a global organisationCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus structureComprehensive benefits packageOngoing professional development and career growth opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentAt JLL, we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
