Certified Nursing Assistant - 10pm-6am Shift
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction, dignity, and respect in all interactions
