What You’ll Be Doing:

· Support regional sales growth across the Northeast USA

· Work directly with wholesale distributors and contractors

· Lead contractor engagement initiatives, training events, webinars, and technical presentations

· Represent world-class hydronic heating & cooling products known throughout the industry

· Build long-term customer relationships and help drive strategic market growth

· Collaborate with manufacturer rep partners and regional leadership teams

We’re looking for someone who is:

· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

· Strong with people, communication, and relationship-building

· Interested in growing professionally within the HVAC/hydronics industry

· Organized and able to manage travel and schedules effectively

· Excited to learn, engage customers, and make an impact

Preferred Background:

• Experience in residential hydronics, HVAC, wholesale distribution, or technical sales

• Prior military experience is welcomed and valued

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus

Territory: Northeastern USA

· Must live within the region in any of the following: New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio

Travel: Approximately 60%

Start Date: Immediate
