Local experienced Auto Body Repair Technicians are needed to join Gateway Auto's growing collision center in Omaha.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Examine vehicle damages and see vehicles throughout the entire repair process, including disassembly and reassembly of the vehicle. 
• Operate special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications  (plastic welding, spot welding, etc.) 
• Fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repair.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
• Return the vehicle back to factory specifications. 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of body shop experience.
• Must own standard body repair tools
• Must know the core body and collision repair procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• I-Car/ASE Certifications are preferred.
• Further training will be offered for areas of needed education (We are an I-CAR Gold Class Shop, so certification will be offered if missing).
