HR Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an HR Coordinator opportunity in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for HR Coordinator include but are not limited to: Scheduling & setting up interviews - interacting w/ hiring managers, candidates & recruiters Performing Administrative task for recruiters Emailing interview conversations, Gathering IV availabilities Candidates HR Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: G-Suite (must have experience), Workday, Handshake, LinkedIn Potentially performing application reviews Uploading interview documentation from hiring managers Sending new hire welcome emails Specific Recruiting Coordinator with Administrative experience is required Must be detail oriented and highly organized Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Personable and genuinely interested in human connection Ad hoc administrative functions supporting the recruiters What's in this HR Coordinator position for you? Pay: $ 26.67/hr. Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8 AM – 5 PM Weekly paycheck Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses. This HR Coordinator is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
