Technical Specialist

The Carr Company is looking for a Plumbing Technical Trainer to join our team and help us raise the bar across the Carolinas. This is not a desk‑only training position. We’re looking for someone who understands the plumbing industry, is comfortable in front of contractors and wholesalers, and can take technical information and make it practical, useful, and easy to understand in the field. The right person will work closely with our sales team, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, engineers, and other industry partners to provide hands‑on product and application training. What we’re looking for: Strong plumbing industry knowledge Technical or field experience Comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes Ability to conduct hands‑on product training and demonstrations Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Willingness to travel throughout the Carolinas Someone who genuinely enjoys teaching and helping contractors succeed If you’ve spent years learning the trade and enjoy passing that knowledge on to others, this could be a great next step.
