This role is perfect for a lone wolf who knows how to turn on the charm and thrives on turning small opportunities into big wins-for both the customer and the company.You'll be out in the field, delivering excellent service, identifying add-on opportunities, and upselling additional services that bring value to your clients. If you like working with your hands, enjoy problem-solving, and naturally lean into conversations that benefit everyone involved-this role is made for you.What You'll Do:Service assigned leads with professionalism and attention to detailIdentify and present add-on services that make sense for the customerConvert routine service visits into high-value sales opportunitiesDeliver top-tier customer experiences while driving revenue growthOperate independently in the field with minimal supervisionTrack and report sales activity and resultsRepresent the company brand with confidence and charismaWhat We're Looking For:Someone who enjoys working independently and thrives without micromanagementExcellent communication and sales skills-you know how to "turn it on" when neededMechanical aptitude or experience working with your handsComfortable on ladders and roofs-if the thought of climbing a ladder makes you queasy, this probably isn't your dream job.
