Nashville CPA firm serving healthcare groups, entertainment professionals, and owner-led businesses wants a Senior Tax Associate ready for more client-facing work. Highlights - Prepare and review partnership, S-corp, and high-net-worth individual returns - Lead multi-state compliance, entertainment-industry, and planning projects - Train associates and serve as first reviewer on their work - 35 years CPA firm tax experience; CPA or close to licensure - Hybrid schedule and a firm that actually protects your summers - Firm is interviewing now and hiring quickly Compensation & benefits - Base salary $80,000$100,000 DOE - Annual bonus potential - Medical, dental, and vision with family coverage subsidized - 401(k) with a competitive match - Life and disability coverage - PTO plus paid holidays; extended summer schedule - CPE budget and CPA licensing support - Hybrid work; busy season with reasonable weekly caps - Path to Tax Manager in a growing, entrepreneurial firm
