As part of our team, your opportunities are limitless.The Sr Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse. In addition, you will:Receives incoming inventory and supply items, logs into the company warehouse system, and stocks inventory in the proper locationRead work orders, shipping orders, and follow verbal instructionsFills customer invoices, checks part numbers, cleans, and packs inventory itemsInspects inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage, and notifies Warehouse Manager of the problemFollows all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipmentTracks all inventory in the appropriate systemOrganizes and cleans warehouse space and company equipment as neededReports any customer problems or concerns immediatelyCoaches fellow associates on warehouse operational practices and procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when neededEnforces policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operationsEvaluates current processes and procedures and recommends changes to warehouse managementContributes ideas on ways to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivityMaintains working knowledge of the warehouse data system and performs various tasks within the systemWhen requested, delivers supplies and equipment in a timely fashion, while observing all Regulated DOT and OSHA standardsProperly maintain records as required by management in the appropriate warehouse information systemQualifications:High school diploma or a GED equivalent2+ years of Warehouse experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools)Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTrack record of completing work with a high level of qualityKnack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workExcellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and project management skillsAble to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectivesCompensation of $52,000-$93,000 annually.
