Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday; 6 AM to 3 or 4 PM (overtime eligible) Position location: 5552 E Washington St Phoenix, AZ 85034 Hybrid Flexibility after training Exceptional Perks Rent ANY of our equipment for FREE Unique Vacation Overtime Averaging benefit that pays you overtime while you're on vacation!Medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after first full month of employment401 Retirement Plan with up to 6% company match after 90 days7 Company paid holidays, 2 half days, + "My Holiday", paid day off annually to observe a holiday of your choiceTwo weeks of vacation PTO in your first year + sick leave and personal time accruals after 90 days What You'll Be Doing Employee Experience & Leader SupportServe as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders on policies, programs, and procedures.Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the employee lifecycle.Respond to employee and candidate inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.Build strong partnerships across the organization and support key HR initiatives.People OperationsCoordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.Support compliance efforts, audits, employment verifications, and regulatory requirements.Manage HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution or routing.Talent Acquisition & Organizational SupportCoordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and HR communications.Support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives.Employee Engagement & CultureCoordinate employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and engagement activities.Support culture-building initiatives and community partnership efforts.Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.Maintain HR procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.Reporting & Administrative OperationsPrepare reports, maintain confidential records, and support departmental administration.Assist with expense reporting, documentation requests, special projects, and other duties as assigned. Education/Years of Experience: Required High School Diploma or equivalent.Three to five years of progressively responsible experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, business operations, or an equivalent administrative function. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience supporting a multi-location or field-based organization.Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
