Project Coordinator – Night Shift
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM | 12-hour shifts | 4 days on / 3 days off (non-consecutive)
Compensation: $25/hr

Status: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring Project Coordinators to support operations for a major automotive manufacturing partner at multiple plant locations in Arlington and Grand Prairie. These positions are essential for maintaining strong day-to-day execution, leadership coverage, and high-quality customer support within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure operational goals are met
• Transition seamlessly between supervisory duties and hands-on floor support
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and our automotive manufacturing partner
• Ensure processes are followed and performance standards are consistently achieved
• Support multiple sites within the operation as needed
• Perform physical, hands-on tasks during peak periods or downtime

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
• Process-driven, hands-on leadership style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance/punctuality
• Valid driver's license

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled facilities
• Significant walking and standing for extended periods
• Fast-paced, high-volume production setting

Schedule & Flexibility

• Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Day shift: 6 AM - 6 PM
• 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 3 days off (non-consecutive off days)
• Flexibility to work additional days based on customer demand
• Willingness to travel between Arlington and Grand Prairie sites

Compensation

• $25/hr
