This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments. Job Requirement:Previous experience in phone-based roles such as telemarketing, automotive customer service, or business development is preferred.Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all times.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage management and coworkers effectively.Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Competent with general computer use and data entry; knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
