About the Role:
The Go-To-Market manager will play a crucial role in driving the holistic strategy of our HVAC business. This position is responsible for planning the entire product launch, from market research and channel analysis, and post-launch analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our HVAC products meet customer needs and align with market trends. By analyzing market, vertical and channel sales data, the Go-To Market Manager will make informed decisions to enhance sales volume and maximize profitability. Ultimately, this role aims to position our HVAC business as leaders in the market, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, preferably in the HVAC Unitary market.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with retail trade and consumer products.
- Experience with product launching planning and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and vertical research to identify customer needs and industry trends related to HVAC products.
- Develop and manage product launching plan, ensuring timely delivery of new products and features to the market and channel.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define product launch plan with channel strategy.
- Analyze the region's competitors and market trends timely, and it needs to reflect planning and strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback after product launching to make data-driven decisions for Go-To-Market strategy.
Skills:
The required skills for this role include strong analytical abilities, which will be utilized to interpret market data and customer feedback to inform Go-To Market decisions. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with various teams and presenting business strategies to stakeholders. Product launching skills will be crucial in overseeing product development timelines and ensuring that all teams are aligned. Additionally, a solid understanding of HVAC technology will enable the Go-To-Market Manager to make informed decisions about product launching and planning. Preferred skills, such as experience in planning and strategy for channel, will enhance the ability to effectively position products in a competitive market.
