Marketing Manager, Downstream Integration

Responsibilities
- Lead team responsible for product and portfolio strategy aligned with sales leadership
- Coach team on market positioning, competitive analysis, and sales messaging
- Establish pricing strategy and contract structures in collaboration with sales
- Develop KPI strategy integrating sales metrics and funnel insights for launch success
- Supervise team hiring, performance management, and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years professional experience in medical device, MedTech, or commercialization roles
- Proven experience supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated ability partnering with sales teams and customer-facing stakeholders
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and customer communications
- Direct customer engagement and needs assessment in healthcare settings
- Cross-functional collaboration in complex product commercialization
Compensation: $129,800 - $216,400 USD Annual
