Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills and experience in drafting transactional and organizational agreements. Candidates will need to possess knowledge of federal and Pennsylvania tax laws relating to pass-through entities. A portable book of business is preferred. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with other highly-skilled attorneys. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
