Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
$20 - $22 per hourIntegrated Autism Centers
Job Description In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm. Client material creation and preparation. Directly implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of a BCBA. Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games). Record client data into the Central Reach program. Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs. Write detailed SOAP notes. Attend weekly team meetings with a BCBA. Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO. Attend Quarterly in‑service training and team bonding activities. Perform cleaning duties. Qualifications High School Diploma. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active. Expectations Provide high‑quality care to our clients. Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB. Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws. Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment. Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers. Benefits Salary: $20–22 /hr (depending on experience). 401(k) match. Company‑paid BACB Certification (RBT certification course). Company‑paid BLS / CPR certification.
