Care Coordinator

To facilitate reimbursement and access to medications for patients, the full-time Care Coordinator will manage daily activities, engage with healthcare providers, and support the patient services team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Engage with healthcare providers and their staff to enhance experience and address questions about product coverage and reimbursement requirements Support the entire reimbursement journey, including patient enrollment, access determination, and payer prior authorization processes Educate healthcare providers on available patient assistance programs and the importance of their role in facilitating access to therapy for eligible patients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred Minimum three years' experience in the reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry Strong functional knowledge of specialty pharmacy and health insurance benefits Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau or Excel Experience with complex patient access CRMs, such as Salesforce.com or Veeva
