This position serves as the front-line point of contact for the dealership and assists with directing calls, greeting customers, and providing general administrative support.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.Direct customers to the appropriate salesperson, department, or service representative.Manage the dealership’s front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.Assist with scheduling appointments and responding to general customer inquiries.Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.Assist with customer check-ins and other dealership activities as needed.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Follow dealership policies and procedures while protecting customer and company information.**Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
