General Manager | High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant Ready to command operations at one of the area's busiest restaurants? This is your opportunity to drive profitability, quality, and team performance at our high-volume full-service concept. You'll direct daily operations, build and mentor a talented team, and make a real impact every shift. If you thrive in fast-paced environments with strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you. Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive salary of $125,000-$135,000 annually plus performance bonus. Lead a talented, high-energy team in dynamic service. What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience standards. Manage P&L, food costs, labor scheduling, and inventory. Hire, train, mentor, and develop restaurant team. Maintain food safety compliance and quality standards. Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency daily. What We're Looking For 3+ years as a restaurant general manager. Proven success in high-volume, full-service environments. Strong P&L management and cost-control experience.
