Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
• Current Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Background working with children in educational settings
• Familiarity with school SLP best practices, including assessments, IEP development, and direct therapy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs among K-12 students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing various communication challenges
• Deliver therapy services through both individual and small-group sessions
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute students’ IEPs
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
• Offer ongoing support and consultation to staff and caregivers to maximize student success

This position offers flexibility, with options for full-time or part-time schedules, typically around 20 hours per week. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through May 16, 2025.
