Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Location: Concord, MA
Pay Rate: $45 per hour plus any applicable shift differentials
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem | Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm)

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential SUD treatment program. As an RN, you'll be a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for nursing assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, client education, and collaboration with medical providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
• Administer medications and monitor client responses
• Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
• Provide health and medication education to clients
• Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Licensure

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts

Certifications

• Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required

Experience

• One year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with detoxification protocols
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
