Overview Community Name: Prairie View and Village West Unit Count: 311 and 306 Schedule: Saturdays required What You’ll Do Conduct tours scheduled in person for prospective residents, perform warm handoffs for scheduled tours, and keep Funnel/Outlook calendar updated so tours can be scheduled appropriately. Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents through clear, professional, and timely communication. Address resident concerns, provide accurate information about policies, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to move-in to support high resident satisfaction. Proficiently utilize property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications, and maintain accurate records. Leverage technology to enhance workflow efficiency, monitor occupancy trends, and support marketing strategies. Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs and preferences to foster a welcoming and engaged community. Identify and resolve resident concerns—from maintenance to service inquiries—with a solution‑oriented approach. Communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and ensure issues are fully resolved to support positive resident experiences and retention. Requirements High School diploma or GED required. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. 1+ years of sales experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and via computer. Experience with technology including computer software and iPad. Pass criminal background screening prior to employment. Possession of a valid driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
