Logistics Specialist III

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialists to support transportation operations within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely movement of freight while resolving disruptions and maintaining high levels of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage freight movements to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve transportation disruptions in real time
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Track shipment performance and escalate issues when necessary
• Use internal systems to gather data and support reporting needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance
• Support workload surges and high-volume periods, including overtime as needed

Day-to-Day

You will act as a central point of coordination for freight operations, identifying and resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines. This role requires making real-time decisions using internal tools while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, logistics, or supply chain
• Background in transportation or operations environments
