About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of CRM for Prediction Markets to take on a pivotal leadership role in a dynamic, event-driven betting platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to win-back, and will be instrumental in fostering high-frequency trading habits that convert first-time sign-ups into long-term traders. This includes designing and implementing real-time engagement strategies across various channels, such as push, email, SMS, and in-app messages, all tied to live data events. The role demands a data-driven approach, with a focus on turning insights into timely guidance for traders and optimizing the platform's active trader base during major sports moments. Key responsibilities for the Head of CRM include designing the end-to-end CRM lifecycle journey, creating second-screen live game engagement, segmenting users by trading behavior and preferences, and optimizing for lifetime value and churn prevention. The ideal candidate will also be adept at deploying educational nurture sequences, owning and optimizing the MarTech stack, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, events, PR, and affiliates to ensure campaign and messaging alignment. A strong emphasis is placed on running A/B and multivariate tests to drive data-informed decisions and improve key metrics such as active days per month, trades per user, and net retention. The role is suited to individuals who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and are experienced in building and executing CRM strategies in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
