TOUS les JOURS is bringing its signature cakes and pastries to  Fulshear, TX , and we’re looking for  skilled and passionate cakers to join our opening team! We Are Looking for a Caker

As a  Caker at TOUS les JOURS, you'll be responsible for assembling, decorating, and finishing a wide variety of cakes and pastries that define the elegance and signature look of our brand. You will be a key member of our kitchen team, helping deliver visually stunning and delicious desserts to our customers every day.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the  core team in Fulshear and grow with us as we expand throughout the  Katy–Fulshear and greater Houston area.

A Day in the Life of a TOUS les JOURS Caker

• Assemble and decorate fresh cakes, including whipped cream cakes, character cakes, and seasonal specials
• Pipe, glaze, and garnish cakes with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare toppings, fillings, and decorative elements in advance
• Follow TOUS les JOURS recipes, visual standards, and safety guidelines
• Rotate inventory and maintain proper food storage practices
• Clean and maintain the cake station, tools, and equipment
• Collaborate with the baking and retail team to fulfill special cake orders and daily display needs

Work Schedule:
Morning shifts only – our cakers typically complete their work by  early afternoon , with  no evening or night shifts required!

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• A creative mindset with a passion for cake decorating
• Familiarity with cake tools, piping techniques, and food safety standards
• Ability to follow visual guides and replicate designs with consistency
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Experience in cake decorating or culinary school training is preferred but not required
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout shift (reasonable accommodations will be made as needed)
