Be part of something fresh! TOUS les JOURS is opening a new location in  Fulshear, TX , and we’re looking for  dedicated bakers to join our founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with one of the most beloved French-Asian bakeries as we expand in the  Katy–Fulshear area .

We Are Looking for a Baker

We’re searching for individuals who are passionate about baking, detail-oriented, and take pride in creating high-quality breads and pastries.

A Day in the Life of a TOUS les JOURS Baker

As a baker, you’ll play a key role in delivering the TOUS les JOURS experience to our customers through consistently fresh and beautifully made baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, mixing, and baking breads, pastries, and other bakery items
• Following TOUS les JOURS recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Ensuring product freshness and managing baking schedules
• Assisting with inventory control and minimizing waste

Work Schedule:
Our bakers typically start early in the morning and finish by afternoon— no night or late evening shifts required!

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for baking and delivering quality products
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work early mornings and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to lift, bend, and move intermittently throughout the shift (reasonable accommodations can be made)
• Previous bakery or food prep experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: Based on experience
