What You’ll Do: Be the Champion : Serve as the go‑to for clients, being the point of contact for their case management while staying on top of multiple cases in various statuses. Keep It Buzzing : Stay in touch with clients, delivering updates via phone calls, emails, and texts ensuring they’re involved in the process and thrilled with our service. Master the Details : Analyze client account status, proactively gather key documents, and maintain razor‑sharp records. Handle the Heat : Tackle complex cases with multiple moving parts like a pro, turning challenges into wins. Who We’re Looking For: Seasoned Pros : client or case management experience. Pipeline Wizards : Experience with high‑volume caseload. Organized Superstars : Stellar time management and a knack for staying on top of everything with attention to detail. Lifelong Learners : Hungry to grow, eager for feedback, and ready to level up. Call Center Guru : Comfortable with high call volumes? That’s a big plus!
