Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor Location: Phoenix, AZ Vaco has partnered with a growing national distribution organization to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a newly created leadership position. This individual will oversee a multi-location receivables team, drive collections performance, and help strengthen processes across a high-volume Accounts Receivable function. Responsibilities Include: Lead and develop a team responsible for collections, credit administration, and cash application activities. Implement strategies to improve cash flow, accelerate collections, and optimize receivables performance. Review aging trends and collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and customer disputes. Develop reporting, metrics, and performance standards to support operational excellence. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer payment experience. Qualifications: 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Proven success improving collections effectiveness, reducing delinquency levels, and driving cash flow results. Experience within a high-volume B2B environment Strong proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and lead process improvement initiatives. Pay Rate: $70,000 - $80,000 Salary Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
