Client Service Associate

Employees in this role contribute to the following areas with increasing independence, complexity, scope, and accountability as they progress through levels:Support client service requests through task queues, email, and workflow systems. Prepare, process, and track paperwork and account maintenance activities. Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation. Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Support advisor teams with timely, accurate execution of service requests. Collaborate across pods and internal teams to support client and business needs. Follow established procedures, controls, and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and service consistency.
