Lingo Staffing is Hiring: Tire Mounting Warehouse Associate – Akron, OH Start ASAP!

- Responsible for mounting tires, moving materials throughout the facility, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule

$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

Job Requirements & Duties

Mount and handle tires in a warehouse environment
Move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently
Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
Support daily production and warehouse operations
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or tire mounting experience preferred
Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred
Ability to operate hoists, shrink-wrap machines, and barcode scanners
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to pass a national background check
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
