Peoplesoft Tester Job Title : Peoplesoft HCM Developer Location : New Orleans, LA / Remote Longevity : Permanent Travel : None Openings : 1 Rate : Open Period of Performance : September 2024 – 12 months + Citizenship : US Citizen only, must be able to obtain Public Trust. Specific Description Oracle PeopleSoft Tester – must have participated in 2 or more PeopleSoft Testing implementations and version upgrades. Requirements & Qualifications Must have experience in testing sessions/presentations, creating and assigning task groups, and experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, eRecruit, and ePerformance). Minimum 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Tester with PeopleSoft HCM on implementation or upgrade projects. Minimum 9 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor. Minimum 9 years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documentation for key business stakeholders and SMEs. Minimum 9 years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations. Minimum 9 years of hands‑on experience with end-to-end system integration and external interface testing. Minimum 9 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio). Minimum 9 years of experience with PS Query Manager. Minimum 9 years of experience with SQR. Minimum 9 years of experience with SQL. Minimum 9 years of experience with Crystal Reports and nVision. Typical Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years or more of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
