Job Title: Warehouse and Material Specialist Location: Orangeburg, NY – Onsite Type: Contract Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Security Clearance: Not specified

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and process outbound shipments
• Perform accurate data entry of transactions using inventory systems (SAP preferred)
• Pick, pack, and process orders for internal and external customers
• Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain general cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of primary warehouse functions (distribution or manufacturing)
• Serve as backup in non-primary warehouse responsibilities as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling
• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with warehouse best practices, including shipping/receiving and inventory control
