Job Responsibilities SUPPORT THE MISSION. GROW THE TEAM. SERVE THE FLAVOR. As an Assistant Manager at Wingstop, you are the right hand to the General Manager and a key leader in driving our success. You help keep the operation smooth, the guests happy, and the team thriving. You lead by example, inspire those around you, and make sure the flavor always comes first. In this role, you will: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction Lead and support team members through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance Jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high Manage shift schedules, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards Help control costs by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage Step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence Keep communication strong between crew and leadership, creating a positive team culture Qualifications Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Pay Range: $22.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour Disclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower. Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
