Overview Assistant Manager(08448) - 8127 Mulberry Avenue, Suite #101 Full-time Responsibilities Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and doorhangers or any marketing materials. Qualifications / Essential Skills Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Eye-hand coordination is essential; frequent use of hands for tasks such as shaping pizza dough, using pizza cutter, peels, and handling boxes. Physical Demands & Work Conditions Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces generally between 36" and 48" high. Carrying: deliveries may involve up to 60 pounds; some items such as pizzas, sauces, and ingredients carried over short distances. Pushing/Pulling: moving trays and dollies; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders to change prices or perform maintenance. Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash, delivering, or performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90+ degrees. Exposure to fumes, dust, and hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees. Cramped quarters such as walk-in cooler. Sharp edges and moving parts.
