Medical Assistant - Orthopedic

Summary:
Under direct supervision of physician, performs a variety of clinical responsibilities to assist in the examination and treatment of patients. Applies various orthopedic equipment, removes sutures and staples, and positions various orthopedic patients for procedures. Performs other functions to support Hospital and departmental requirements. Works proactively and in partnership with other staff contributing to effective operations. Delivers service in conjunction with the Hospital's customer service standards and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:


Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience. Must have a valid Driver's license. American Heart Association CPR Certification.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $30.09 Based On Experience
