Job Description

Nationally recognized leader in health insurance is hiring a seasonal Customer Service Medicare Specialist !

This is a REMOTE position in Omaha, NE . Candidates will be required to live in IOWA or NEBRASKA and have the ability to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up provided equipment for this role.

Monday - Friday, All Shifts end by 7pm | $20hr

The Customer Service Medicare Specialist will need basic insurance support experience. This positions main responsibilities include:

Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers regarding claims and payment inquiries.
Review claim status, denials, and payment details.
Explain claim processing and insurance policies to providers.
Research and resolve claim issues or discrepancies.
Document provider interactions accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, claims, insurance, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment.
