Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.This will be on the job training, and the hours will be during normal business hours.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports.Reconcile, analyze and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close.Prepare journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles.Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits.Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation.Analyze and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position.Assist with or lead the month end quarterly end close process for assigned businesses or groupsPerforms work in a self-directed manner and works with less structured, more complex issues.Serve as a resource to others.Positions in this function maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. Performs account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles. Analyzes and prepares financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position. Involved in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process. Prepares documentation in support of external and internal audits.Analyzes and investigates.Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalentMust be 18 years of age OR olderUnderstanding of generally accepting accounting principles and financial statementsExperience Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirementsIdentify solutions to non-standard request and problemsSolves complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analysesIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointAbility to work full time. The salary for this role will range from $49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment.
